The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.331 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 469, 470 and 471 of IPC for an alleged offence between July, 2015 to October, 2015.
It is the case of the complainant that the present applicant impersonated non-existing person named B.P. Vora and lodged several complaints against the complainant with various authorities including BMC. Such complaints have resulted in demolition of illegal structures of the complainant.

912-ABA-1937-2015 This Court while dealing with the claim of the applicant for protection vide ad-interim order passed on 22.12.2015 has already protected the applicant.
After having heard the learned APP who is assisted by Mr. Dabhi the learned counsel for the complainant, I hardly see any reason to reject the application and to order custodial interrogation. Narration of the incident does not call for any custodial interrogation. The present applicant and the complainant have long standing dispute in relation to immovable property. The applicant is very much available for investigation. In view thereof, application is allowed. Hence, the following order:
(1)In the event of arrest, the applicant shall be released on his executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties.
(2)The applicant shall attend Vile Parle police station on 2nd, 6th and 9th December, 2016 between 10 a.m. to 12 noon and thereafter as and when called. (3)The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses.
(4)The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
