The Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 1392 of 2017 for an offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the Applicant for pre-arrest bail, if analyzed, in my opinion, in the event of arrest the Applicant needs to be released on bail for the following reasons :

(a) There are no criminal antecedents.

(b) The other co-accused are already ordered to be released by the Sessions Court.

Applicant be released on bail on the same conditions on which the other co-accused are released by the Sessions Court. 4.
