This is an application for extension of time of another four weeks to furnish sureties in the above matter and for continuation of provisional cash bail for the said period. The applicant was released on bail on 04.08.2017 and was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- for a period of four weeks in lieu of sureties. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has already furnished the documents of sureties and the Trial Court has already verified the same. She further submitted that the process of actual Aarti Palkar 1/2

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the time to furnish sureties is hereby extended by 4 weeks as a last chance. 4.
