1. The parties hereto confirm that the evidence of the Plaintiff's witness (PW-1) in Special Civil Suit No. 132 of 2011 pending in the Court of Jt. Civil Judge (JD), Thane at Thane, is under Cross Examination.
2. By the consent the Petitioner (Original Defendant No. 12 in the suit mentioned above) be and is permitted to cross examine the Plaintiffs witness (PW-1) in the suit mentioned in the term no. 1 above on facts as well.
3. In view of above, the petitioner does not prosecute the above Writ Petition against Respondent No. 2 to 12 and 14 as such the above Writ Petition be and is rejected against Respondent No. 2 to 12 and 14.
4. The above Writ Petition be and is disposed off with no order as to cost in terms these minutes."
Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of minutes of order.
