P.C.:- This is an Application for clarification of Orders dated 9th January, 2013 and 14 February 2013.

By an Order dated 9th January 2013, the interim relief was granted to the Applicant and was directed to be released on bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with other conditions. The said order has been confirmed by Order dated 14th February 2013.

The Applicant is an accused in about 29 cases of similar nature registered at different places in the State of Maharashtra. Subsequently, the said cases are clubbed together for investigation 1/2

ssm 2 2-appp1130.17.doc and are now sent for Trial before the learned Special Judge appointed under the MPID Act, at Karad.

By various Orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court, the Applicant was directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing PR Bond, after taking into consideration the fact that, furnishing surety in each of the 29 cases will be an uphill task for the Applicant.

In view of the above, the Order dated 9th January 2013 is hereby clarified and the Applicant is permitted to furnish PR bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- only.
