After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to entertain the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition and submits that time to deposit Rs. 2,00,000/- be extended by a period of four weeks.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, time to deposit Rs. 2,00,000/- in the trial Court is extended by a period of four weeks. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that she will file the petitioner's written statement within four weeks. Statement accepted. All contentions of all parties are kept open.
