Learned Counsel seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition which seeks the enforcement of an order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 on 03.07.2012 without pleading facts justifying the delay and latches in filing the Petition. Learned Counsel wants it to be observed that the Petitioner would be entitled to seek enforcement of the same order but after making pleadings justifying delay. 2.

Granting liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh Petition seeking enforcement of the same order, we dispose of the instant Petition as not pressed.
