This praecipe is moved by the Petitioner seeking speaking to minutes of the Order dated 22nd March, 2017 wherein due to typographical error, the name of the petitioner is wrongly spelt as Uddansingh instead of "Uddansinh" and in last line of paragraph 3 of the Order there is an error in mentioning the time as "p.m." instead of "a.m.".

By consent of the parties, the name of the Petitioner is corrected salgaonkar

901 civ cp 46-17.doc to read as "Uddansinh" and at page 2, last line of para 3 the time "11p.m." is corrected to read as "11 a.m.".
