Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties.

The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant seeking condonation of delay in filing the above Civil Application and restoration of the Civil Application No.398 of 2015 as well as the above First Appeal which have stood dismissed for non-prosecution on account of the conditional order dated 02/02/2015.

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay in filing the above Civil Application stands condoned and the Civil Application No.398 of 2015 and the above BGP.

On restoration, the First Appeal along with Civil Application No.3981 of 2015 to be listed on 29/07/2017.
