Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Suit is filed in the year 2012 and till now no action has been taken by the Corporation. In these circumstances, he submits that he would not press this Petition. However, he requests that Suit which is pending since 2012 may be expedited. 2.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to expedite the hearing of the Suit. Hence, following order is passed. 1/2
