The applicants are arrested in connection with C.R. No. 101 of 2019 registered with Revdanda Police Station, Raigad, for the ofences punishable under Sections 353, 352, 506 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short). 2.

The prosecution's case is that the complainant was on duty. The applicants were found in suspicious condition. They were questioned by the complainant (Public Servant) The applicants had allegedly threatened the complainant. It was alleged that the applicants had obstructed the Public Servant in discharging his duty.

After the arrest, applicants were produced before

2 of 3 941-BA-3504-2019.doc competent Court for remand. They were remanded to custody.

Learned APP submits that about six cases were registered against the applicant no. 1. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that four cases referred by the prosecution had resulted in acquittal. Considering the nature of allegations and fact that the applicants are in judicial custody, further detention is not called for, hence case for grant of bail is made out.

ORDER

(i) Bail Application No. 3504 of 2019, is allowed; (ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 101 of 2019, registered with Revdanda Police Station, Raigad, on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iv) The applicant no. 1 is permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- for period of four weeks.

(iii) The applicants are directed to report the concerned Police Station, once in a month on frst
