The petitioner is a resident of Jalgaon and he is basically challenging the order passed by respondent No.2-Schedule Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee at Nandurbar. In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion, that this petition should lie before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court.
