Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and having gone through the document Exhibit. L1 and the entry dated 26.3.2015, in which name of the petitioner has been recorded as transferee of the shares held by his father, we are of the view that no contempt is made out. The contempt proceedings are therefore, disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy which may be available to him in accordance with law.
