The learned Counsel for the applicant, this application is preferred as the learned Additional Sessions Judge, who is seized with the application for pre-arrest bail, has posted the matter today without considering the prayer for interim bail. 3.

Mr. Yadav, the learned APP, submits that the applicant will not be arrested till the application, which is pending before the Session Court is decided, if not already decided by this time.
