On 29/11/2019 we after perusal of the investigation papers directed the Investigating Officer to file the chargesheet. The chargesheet has been accordingly filed. Petitioners have not amended the petition or supplied chargesheet for perusal of the court.

Learned APP has handed over copy of the final report. 3.

We find that some disputed questions arise. The same can be looked into by the trial court conveniently. 4.

Counsel for the petitioners states that the final report shows that no material can be found against petitioner no. 2. Even that fact can be looked into by the trial court. nilegaonkar 1/2
