This matter is placed on board, on the praecipe filed by Respondent (husband).

By Order dated 23 August 2023, the writ petition was disposed of.

It is submitted by advocate appearing for the Respondent that inspite of the disposal of the petition, the Family Court at Pune, is not proceeding with the hearing of P.A. No.217 of 2016. 4.

He further submits that as per the directions of this Court the Respondent (husband) is paying an amount of Rs.15,000/- per month towards interim maintenance for minor child Yayin. 5.

Mr. Yvas further on instructions of his client submits that the Sharada

903-WP-14203-2018.doc said amount of Rs.15,000/- would be paid every month till, the disposal of divorce petition.

Hence, by consent of parties the following directions are issued to the Family Court at Pune.

(i) Family Court at Pune to proceed further with the hearing of P.A. No.217 of 2016.

(ii) The hearing of P.A. No.217 of 2016, is expedited, the Family Court to make endavour that the P.A. No.217 of 2016 is heard and disposed of within a period of six months from today.

Both the parties will co-operate with the hearing of P.A. No.217 of 2016.
