By this civil application, the applicants seek to bring legal heirs of the respondent on record and seeks amendment to the second appeal. The applicants have filed this application within the period of limitation from the date of the death i.e. 6th October, 2015. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the second appeal would be served upon the parties including the newly added parties simultaneously. No order as to costs.
