1. Heard learned APP appearing for the State.
2. The grievance of the Petitioner in his application dated 24.11.2017 is with respect to the medical treatment to be provided to the Petitioner for his ailments.
3. Learned APP has submitted a report dated 16.06.2022 in respect of the Petitioner's case which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It is stated in the said report that the Petitioner now stands discharged under the provisions of Section 169 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 ("Cr.P.C.").
4. In view of the above position, the grievance of the Petitioner in the Petition does not survive. The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
