It is to be noted that after hearing both sides for considerable time and as this Court has expressed that the learned Judge of the Trial Court has taken a correct view that the documents cannot be de-exhibited, the learned Counsel, on instructions from the petitioner 1/2

Petitioners are allowed to withdrawn both the petitions with costs of Rs.5000/- in each petition for taking time of the Court. 3.

Costs to be paid to the complainant on the first date of hearing which is fixed on 6th February, 2019 in the Trial Court. 4.
