Learned counsel appearing for the Non-Applicant on instructions informs that he shall deposit an amount of Rs.6,000/- in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar in the pending proceedings i.e. Marriage Petition No. 393 of 2019. In case if the applicant attends the said proceedings physically, she will be entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs.3,000/-

Dusane 2/2 41 MCA 10.2020.doc from the said proceedings. The Non-Applicant shall continue to top up the said amount on each date till final disposal of Marriage Petition No. 393 of 2019.
