Heard learned APP. Perused order dated 3/6/2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2370/2019.

Appeal has not been decided by the Appellate Authority as verification report of UP police is still not received by it. 3.

Prisoner has through this letter made a grievance about it and is seeking expeditious order.

We cannot blame Appellate Authority. However, we direct the concerned authorities in UP to submit appropriate police verification report within 4 weeks after communication of this order to them. 5.

Appellate Authority to communicate this order to the concerned police authorities in UP. After receipt of this report Appellate authority shall decide appeal within next two weeks.

With this direction and with liberty to the petitioner to approach again if his grievance still subsists thereafter, we dispose of the petition.
