Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant has been granted temporary bail on the basis of High Power Committee guidelines issued in view of the pandemic situation. Hence, the application may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer fresh application for bail as and when the applicant surrenders to jail on expiry of temporary bail granted to him.
