Heard learned counsel for the parties. The Petitioners had challenged seniority lists dated 1 August 2023 and 17 October 2023 for the post of Center Heads. According to the learned counsel for the Petitioners seniority list is drawn on the wrong premise. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 5 and 6- Zilla Parishad states that the impugned seniority list does not exist as a draft seniority list is published on 2 January 2024 and objections have been called for.

Petitioners have already filed objections. Petition therefore does not survive. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Interim Application is also disposed of.
