By this First Appeal, the appellant Insurance Co.
challenging the judgment and award dated 26.03.2015 passed by MACT, Satara in MACP No.
269 of 2011 on the ground that the breach of terms and conditions of insurance policy. In support of this contention, the learned counsel for the appellant relied on paragraph 5 of the impugned judgment and award.
Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Appellant and paragraph 5 of the Sneha Chavan 1/2

a) Admit.
b) Printing is dispensed with.
c) Appellant to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
d) Registry is directed to call R & P immediately.
e) The learned Counsel for the Respondent waives service.
