We have heard learned APP. We find that arising out of the same incidents parties have made cross allegations against each other.

FIR in Criminal Writ Petition No.5163/18 is u/s 452, 324, 323, 504, 506, 427 r/w 34 of The Indian Penal Code. 4.

FIR in Criminal Writ Petition No.5164/18 is u/s 452, 324, 323, 504, 506, 427 r/w 34 of The Indian Penal Code. 5.

Both the parties said that due to intervention of elderly members they have amicably resolved the dispute and therefore decided to withdraw the complaints so as to have cordial relations.

The parties are present except Sagar, son of Vitthal Shirke, who is stated to be on naval duty.
