Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondent-State, we are of the opinion that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Nashik to decide the representations/proposals dated 17th October, 2016 filed by petitioner No.2 and 20th October, 2016 filed by petitioner No.3 (Copy of which is annexed at Exhibits 'C' & 'D' to the petition), if not N.S. 502-1-wp-14189-2016 already decided, as expeditiously as possible, and within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 3.

Till the Petitioners' claim is decided, the RespondentState is directed to maintain status-quo as it exists today in respect of the transfer of Petitioner No. 1 from unaided school to aided school.
