1] It is pleaded that at the behest of the applicant, proceedings under Hindu Marriage Act for nullity of marriage are pending at Vita and proceedings fled by non-applicant under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act are pending at Karad. It is claimed that the possibility of conficting fndings being recorded cannot be ruled out. 2] Non-applicant though served has chosen not to appear. As such, the contentions are not controverted.

"(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to transfer the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 160 of 2019 pending before the Ld. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Karad to the Ld. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vita."
