Learned counsel for the petitioners opposed this this interim application on the ground that delay is not sufficiently explained. No affidavit in reply is filed to the review application. We are satisfied that sufficient explanation is rendered in the interim application for seeking condonation of delay in filing review petition, we condone the delay of 283 days in filing the review petition. 3.

Interim application is disposed off accordingly. No order as to costs.
