Applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.I-117/2018 registered with Vartaknagar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 471, 474 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Applicant is a authorized valuer of the "

property, for M/s. Tata Capital Financial Services "

Ltd. as is evident from agreement, at Exhibit-D (Page no.19).

Applicant submitted the, valuation report of the subject flat on 29.11.2015, and M/s. Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd. sanctioned loan to Mr. Anil Bhosle, to purchase a flat, from Developer. It appears, third person was inducted in the said flat by the Developer and therefore Anil Bhosle lodged the complaint.

In view of the facts of the case, primafacie, complainant does not disclose the complicity of the applicant in the Crime No.117 of 2018 registered with Vartaknagar Police Station, Thane. 6.

In view of the fact and the reasons stated, hence the following order:

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest, applicant shall be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii)Applicant shall attend the concerned police station, as and when called and undertakes to produce all such documents required and called by the Investigating Officer.

(iii) The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer.

(iv) The applicant shall furnish particulars of his place of residence and mobile contact number immediately to the concerned Police Station.

(v) Application is disposed of.
