By this Civil Application, applicant original claimants are seeking condonation of one year 209 days delay in fling First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 30.01.2016 passed by Mohite 1/2

909 caf4231-17.doc MACT, Mumbai in MACP No.323 of 2008 for additional compensation. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, we are satisfed that the applicant has made out a case for following order: a.

Delay in fling First Appeal is condoned.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
