By this Application, it is prayed that the order dated 3.9.2018 passed below exhibit 17 in Sessions Case No.18 of 2018 is to be quashed and set aside. Exhibit 17 is the application filed by the prosecution praying that the bail granted to the applicant/accused is to be cancelled. On 3.9.2018, the learned trial Judge passed the order of 'no say', which is under challenge in this application. 2.

By way of last chance, the applicant/accused is directed to file his say, if he wants to, on or before 28.11.2018 on that application. As the application is made for cancellation of bail, the accused is required to be heard in the application for cancellation of bail. Therefore, the said order dated 3.9.2018 of 'no say' is hereby set aside. The applicant/accused may file his say on or before 28.11.2018 on exhibit 17 and the learned Judge may proceed to decide the application after hearing both the parties in accordance with the law.
