This is an application for modification of condition imposed upon the applicant by order dated 12.8.2014 while releasing him on bail. While releasing the applicant on bail, this court by order dated 12.8.2014 has imposed a condition that, the applicant shall report to the trial court on every Monday till the conclusion of the trial and if the court is closed on any given Monday, the applicant shall report to the trial court on the next working day.

2 /2 with the said condition and has not committed any default till today. The APP further submitted that appropriate order may be passed in the interest of justice. In view of the above, I am inclined to modify the condition imposed upon the applicant. Hence, the following order.

OERDER a) The condition that the applicant shall report to the trial court between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on every Monday till the conclusion of the trial is hereby modified and the applicant is hereby directed to attend the trial court on every first and third Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial b) It is made clear that rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant by order dated 12.8.2014 are not disturbed.
