This is an application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the writ petition on account of failure of the Petitioner to remove office objections. 2.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is allowed. The order passed by the Registrar including registration of the petition dated 29.06.2018 is quashed and set aside and Petition is restored to its original file. Delay of 136 days is condoned. 3.
