The petitioner is resident of Ahmednagar. He has filed Oiriginal Applicaation St. Noo. 22i of 2i4i before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal Bencah at Aurangabad. The applicaant by filing this Oiriginal Applicaation has prayed for a direcation to respondents to hold and decalare that the applicaant is eligible caandidate for the post of PSI/STI/ASI in the selecation procaess of the year 4999. Sincae there was a delay, he filed an applicaation for caondonation of the delay whicah caame to be rejecated by the 1/2
