a) Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent Nos. 3,8, 9 & 10 in Civil Application No. 3241 of 2014 by substitute service as per Order 5 Rule 20 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by publishing notices in two leading local newspapers having vide circulation in the area where the Respondents lastly resided.

b) Service to be completed within eight weeks.

c) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
