Perused the contents of the Applications. Also, perused the judgments of the reference Court. In the facts of the cases, the judgments of the reference Court are stayed on the condition that the Applicants deposit the entire decretal amount in the reference Court within a period of three months. If the amount is so deposited, the Respondent-claimants are permitted to withdraw the same, on furnishing Bank Guarantees of a Nationalised Bank to the satisfaction of the reference Court.
