CORAM : A.M.BADAR J.

DATED : 11th DECEMBER 2017.

P.C. :

These are applications for modification of Orders dated 30th November 2017 passed by this Court directing the applicants to furnish surety in the amount of Rs.25,000/- apart from executing P.R.Bond of the said amount for securing their release of bail. Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the applicants/accused as well as the learned Advocate appearing for the SEBI. The applications are opposed on the ground that prayer to deposit cash bail was not made when the Orders were passed and the time as prayed cannot be sought for in these applications. I have considered the rival submissions. For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed to the extent that initially for the period of six months from today, the applicants are directed to be released on bail on their executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each and on 2/3

furnishing cash security of Rs.25,000/- each in order to enable the applicants to furnish one or two solvent surety in like amount after lapse of period granted by this Court.

The applications are disposed of accordingly. Parties to act on authenticated copy of this Order. (A.M.BADAR J.) 3/3
