The applicant is seeking modification of order dated 25.9.2013 imposed upon the applicant thereby directing him to attend all the dates of hearing and also to attend the office of the DCB CID, Unit XI, Kandivali, Mumbai on every Wednesday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till the final disposal of the case.

2 /2 by order dated 25.9.2013 is modified and the applicant is directed to attend the office of the DCB CID, Unit XI, Kandivali on first Monday of every calender month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of trial.

4) It is made clear that rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant by order dated 25.9.2013 are not disturbed.
