There is an unnecessary controversy about whether the ARUN RAMCHNDRA SANKPAL Petitioner bank's applications dated 10th May 2019 and 15th May 2019 were or were not received at the office of the Collector, Thane. ARUN RAMCHNDRA SANKPAL Date: 2022.01.06 09:58:53 +0530 There is material to indicate that the applications were dispatched. 2.

This no longer matters since copies of the applications are available to the Court and in any case the copies of the applications are at Exhibit "A" to the Petition.

We direct the Collector, Thane to urgently take up these applications and decide them. We request the Collector to complete this exercise on or before 4th February 2022 and to render a speaking decision thereon.

The Petitioner is not required to make a fresh filing before the Collector, Thane. He will decide Exhibit "A" to this Petition. 5.

Lastly, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Court after the decision of the Collector.

The present Petition need not be kept pending. It is disposed of in these terms.
