DATED : 17th MARCH 2023 P.C:- The second Bail Application is filed, pursuant to the first one being withdrawn on 17/08/2022, when I expressed my disinclination to entertain the same on merits. The learned counsel Mr. Kashid, who has taken out the second application would submit that the applicant is ready to arrange the amount towards discharge of his alleged liability. It is always open for him to approach the concerned MPID Court, which would duly consider the said application, by keeping in mind the object of the MPID Act, being to return the money of the depositors, and if at all, the applicant come with the proposal the MPID Court shall take the same into Ashish Mhaske

In the wake of the above, the application do not deserve to be entertained on merits and by reserving the liberty as directed, the application is dismissed.
