Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Inspite of the fact that the bail order came to be passed on 20th August 2015, the applicant continues to remain in custody as he is unable to arrange for surety in the bail amount. Considering all the relevant aspects of the matter, I am inclined to modify the bail order. The bail amount is reduced to Rs.7,500/-.

The applicant is given an option to deposit cash of Rs.7,500/- in lieu of surety.
