Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and respondents respectively, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition with directions to Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Thane to dispose of the representations/applications of HeadmasterChhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Secondary and Junior College, Belawali, Taluka - Ambarnath, District- Thane, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner is directed to approach respondent No.1- Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Thane along with copy of this order and copies of the said representations/applications. Needless to mention that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the said Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Thane shall dispose of the said representations/applications in accordance with law after granting an opportunity of hearing to the concerned. All rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
