(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on Applicant/accused is suspended and he is directed to be released on bail during the pendency of the Revision Petition on his executing of P.R.bond in the sum of Rs.15000/- and same surety in the like amount.
