The learned APP on instructions submits that recording of evidence in the trial has already commenced and the prosecution will be examining in all 6 witnesses. This Court has already expedited the trial vide order dated 08/06/2017. It was expected of the learned Trial Court to finish the trial by June 2018.

2 5.3026.18 ba.doc In the aforesaid background, it will be appropriate in my opinion to direct the learned Sessions Judge to submit monthly progress report till the conclusion.

So far as the merits of the application is concerned, this Court refrain itself from examining the same in view of the aforesaid order. Application stands disposed of.
