P.C. :- The learned Counsel appears for all the Respondents and states that Vakalatnama will be filed within period of one week from today. Statement is accepted. She points out that in the statement of claim each of the Respondents had given their individual addresses. She submitted that therefore, title of the Writ Petition showing all the Respondents as c/o. Narsaih S. Deeti is incorrect. The learned Counsel for the Applicant states that he had taken the title from the title given in the Award.

The Applicant will correct the addresses of the Respondents in consonance with the addresses given in the statement of claim and will join Narsaih S. Deeti as a party Respondent. Amendment for that purpose is granted. 3.

Amendment to be carried out within period of two weeks from today. After the amendment is so carried out, in view of the fact that the Respondents are now represented, place the Petition on board for admission on 7 March 2016. 4.
