Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. For the State.

The petition is filed for transfer of the investigation of ht FIR bearing MECR No. 8 of 2015. The said FIR was registered on 6th September, 2015 with Nirmal Nagar Police Station at the instance of petitioner for the offence punishable under section 498A, 406, 506(II), 504, 323 read with section 3 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Subsequent to the registration of this FIR on 6th December, 2015 under recovery of panchanama 'stridhan' of the petitioner was recovered. The Investigation is in progress. Mr. Yagnik, learned APP submits that the investigation will be completed expeditiously and 1/2

17-wp-5015.2015 chargesheet shall be filed. In the circumstances, we do not find the present case fit for transfer of investigation. We however, direct the Senior Police Inspector, Nirmal Nagar Police Station to look into the matter and see that the investigation is completed and chargesheet is filed as expeditiously as possible.
