P.C.:- This is an Application for suspension of sentence and for releasing the Applicant on bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant, the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 and the learned APP. Perused the record.

The record indicates that, the amount of compensation awarded by the Trial Court in favour of the Original Complainant is Rs.15,000/- and as per the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant herein, the said amount has already been paid to the 1/2

ssm 2 34-appr772.16.doc Original Complainant during the course of the Trial. In view thereof, I am inclined to suspend the sentence and release the Applicant on bail.

Hence the following ordera) The substantive sentence imposed upon the Applicant is suspended during the pendency of the present Revision Application.

b) During the pendency of the Revision, the Applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.5,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.
