Connected appeals being First Appeal (St.) No.36130 of 2012 , 36164 of 2012 and 36158 of 2012 are taken on board. The appeals are permitted to be withdrawn and accordingly disposed off. 4.

In view of the withdrawal of the appeals, all connected interim applications, if any, shall stand disposed off. 5.

If the original claimants have not withdrawn the amount of compensation, they will be at liberty to withdraw the same along with accrued interest, if any. Award be drawn up accordingly. 6.

Court fee be refunded as per rules.
