This Civil Application has been filed seeking a condonation of delay of 117 days in filing the Review Petition. Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, I am satisfied that a case has been made out for condonation of delay. Hence, the delay is condoned in filing the Review Petition subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to Respondent Nos.3 to 5 and Rs.5,000/- to VRD 1/2

CAO349.17 Respondent Nos.6 to 8, respectively. The costs shall be paid to the Advocates for the respective Respondents.

Upon payment of costs, the Applicant is directed to have the Review Petition numbered and remove all office objections, if any, prior to the next date fixed for the Review Petition. 3.
