1] In furtherance of the order dated 28.04.2023, Respondent No.2 state that she has received a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- in her account through RTGS. A proof thereof is also tendered on record , which is exhibited as 'X' for identification.

2] Interim Application No.1764/2023 is not on Board. Upon mentioning taken on board.

(2)IA-1764-4386.doc 3] The order releasing the Applicant on bail stand modified as the complainant herself has expressed that she is willing to accept the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- in lieu of transfer of the house. The order stand modified accordingly.

4] As far as aspect of furnishing surety is concerned, since the Applicant is ready to furnish the sureties which were refused by the trial Court, let the sureties be tendered within a period of 10 days from today and the trial court is directed to accept the sureties as compliance of the order dated 20.10.2022 directing release of the applicant on bail.

5] Today the order itself stand modified as instead of transfer of the house, the complainant has willingly accepted the amount of Rs.10,00,000/-.

It is informed that Interim Application No.1764/2023 is taken out seeking extension of time to furnish sureties. 6] In the wake of above, both the Interim Applications stand disposed off, by directing the trial Court to accept the sureties when tendered and in any case, the exercise shall be completed, within a period of 10 (Ten) days from today.
